This netbook is very well designed. Battery life is as advertised ... very good and the range of 7 hours each time. Be sure to follow the instructions and complete discharge and recharge the first time and not leave the charger plugged all the time. The small size will make your eyes work a little 'more difficult, but not too bad. I use it every day rather than my desktop model.
Cons: slow on my computer, but maybe I expect too much from a $ 339 netbook. The built in camera was not used because it seems that no software was included. I will try some of my drivers and software from Logitech. The icons in the taskbar to the battery, wireless, etc. would not have happened even if everything was running. The culprit ... McAfee. I have had many problems with McAfee in the past and I finally uninstalled again. Like magic, all my icons have disappeared and the treatment seemed too fast.
This unit is worth the price.

... What else can I say. I use it as my primary computer now with a monitor ext time. If what you are doing is just normal stuff - web, email, skype, instant Netflix (which BTW look great on the screen), iTunes - its all you need. Referral SMEs: the speaker can be stronger - but hey! Also be prepared that the battery so that staff, not 100% flat on the knees and can not be less than completely comfortable with the "goalkeeper" at times. But then 6 hours battery worth it. I dont mind the small keys, but maybe I have nimble fingers. After some time, "I must be able to type the fastest in its actual size.
For the price - its a must-have.

Aspire was only about a month, but so far I like what I see. At full power for 2 years on my old laptop and the battery lasts as long as they say. How long remains to be seen. The only criticism I would offer is to be sold with 2 GB of RAM, at least as an option, and you will have access to a home network to download the old programs, no external CD drive. But upgrading RAM is inexpensive and easy to do. I understand the old models of disassembly required much more to improve memory. Overall I like the computer. If I wrote this after owning for 6 months, I decided to give the extra star.......................................................

I was looking for a netbook for some time. "I visited the shops of the normal retail (Best Buy, Target, Office Max / Depot, etc.) have had decent netbooks for similar prices. However, there were one or two things that the store had no options. One : Color ... I did not want another laptop black as everyone else. I love the color red that I've bought on Amazon. Two: The battery life is more important than color. I like the fact that this handset has more 7 hours of battery life. Three: The Price is awesome. netbook was not available in stores for the price and battery life. I am completely satisfied!......................................................
