Robert G. Parish ( NORTHWEST OHIO ) I used the computer for about a month and have been very satisfied. The only thing I can complain about is the keyboard. For me it is very difficult to get used A. But with the right time, maybe I will. Everything else is perfect. I have the XP operating system and asked me to his operation and speed thereof. The packaging and delivery from Amazon was excellent. Much better than I have excluded. Samsung Customer Service was great. The net price of the book from Amazon was right and the service was very good, as always. I would recommend this product and Amazon all.

San Jose Reader ( San Jose, CA ) I had the black version of this exact model. Liked the matte finish - netbook are mostly around the screen bright screen, often in shiny plastic around the keyboard and fingerprint attracting outside. Amato fans with low noise - some netbooks are like a miniature chainsaw in a quiet room. The keys have good feel and good tactile feedback. Had to return to the store because I could not type correctly on the keyboard.
The small key is not the problem. The problem is that I keep hitting the "=" instead of the backspace key. I compared side by side with other netbooks in the store and discovered that - make the buttons slightly higher than other key netbooks - Samsung has made some very minor keys, including backspace. with standard keyboards - and most of the netbooks - the left edge of the backspace key is centered on ")] key.
On this machine, the backspace key is not centered, it's a little 'extreme right. The buttons on the top row of the keyboard are not focused on the next line - as with most netbooks, computers, phones and keyboards of normal size. The same problem with other keys normally high - but the backspace key was the big problem for me. If you do not use the backspace key, or if you only use this netbook keyboards and not others (so you do not spend all the time keyboards) - so this is a unit of good.
