qwertyuiop ( Midwest ) Nice, portable and great for travel ... just be aware that the lack of power of a laptop or desktop so that it can be a little 'slow at times. chops The screen resolution of low vision compared to a normal aspect ratio so you want a little' accustomed. However, the portability and long battery life is impressive, so I would recommend for these uses.

Quiltgrrl ( Tampa, FL USA ) I received a Netbook Acer 1633 for Christmas and I thought that was pretty cool. We also purchased an additional GB of RAM and SATA 250 hard drives, browse the web very well. The wireless network took our home and our network of Verizon Wireless Mobile well. The keyboard is small, but so are my hands so that it is not a problem. Starter Windows 7 is good for this machine size. The only problem is the battery that exceeds the back of the laptop. If I bought a Vera Bradley laptop mini netbook, and is a perfect fit. Otherwise, I really like it. Will be much easier to bring my laptop 17 inches.

Anthony Marotta ( Chicagoland ) I bought this computer as a secondary kitchen, so I wanted something small that could be used easily anywhere in the house and be readily available. Therefore, it is great for what I needed and I absolutely love it! However, I upgraded the memory ($ 45), and Windows 7 (80 $), and now I have invested about $ 475 total on this computer. Granted, for email and Internet use, it's great. ITunes and images, it's pretty good too. But I did not expect much more than it.
Battery life is amazing, in more than 8 hours. Watch movies on iTunes is great ... makes it pleasant to watch videos in the car or plane. Hulu.com videos are a little 'more of this type can handle, even if small. Keep in mind, for about the same $ 475 I invested, you could get a complete portable. So weigh all your needs before to buy.
