It is a well-made portable - not very fast, but it is cheap real. - You have a ton of hard disk - the keyboard is small enought that sometimes typing errors, but runs all my chair and I mess with it 2 to 4 hours a day.......................................................

After purchasing a Dell 9 inches and had to return because the wi-fi does not work, I think that a slightly larger screen would be better. I am very satisfied with the 10-inch netbook Lenovo. I use it as a computer away from home. Lightweight and ideal for travel.......................................................

I looked at several brands before deciding on Lenovo Netbook. I am very happy with my decision. While the keyboard is slightly smaller than other 10 "netbooks, it is certainly usable with a small adjustment" (I am a touch-typing). Quirk discomfort is just the cursor to the right, as d 'others have spoken. This, the feeling of the keyboard is much better than others in my opinion. Furthermore, a new model is now out (the S10-2) with a better organization of the keyboard.
The place where the Lenovo shines above the other, in my opinion, fit and finish. Others do not seem to have attention to detail that this model has. For example, the keyboard on the HPS (which I have seen several times) and mounds on the left side and the shiny plastic above the screen is jerky. Annoying. And many times the keyboards Asus registered false (or not) key combinations. MSI Wind as a tipping backwards. But Lenovo is very strong, and it seems pretty simple, tasteful, a car, a good business should. Pretty nice, if this is your thing. I found that it is processor and hard drive are very fast for me, even with "only" 1 GB of RAM installed. But I'm not a player and be careful not to watch videos on it, so I really push the limits. The screen is very nice and is full 1024x600.
The model that I received included the Splash Top OS boot faster. This will allow a similar device operating system that has a browser (and renamed nude Firefox 2), a media player and some other instruments. That's nice, but disables features such as browser plugin, or possibility of downloading the files, there are limits to what can be done with it. Great if you want to check the news and weather or to get information quickly on the way to the door. If you are interested, here's how you have partitioned your hard drive: 115 GB formatted FAT32 partition containing the operating system Windows XP. I am pretty sure that the FAT32 file system was chosen instead of the newer NTFS Back Splash, as it allows access to multimedia files that were produced and stored in Windows format. A second partition of 30GB formatted as NTFS is the D: drive in Windows, and there is a partition 3 (hidden in Windows) used to store images on disk to restore the system unique key.
I wanted to install Ubuntu Netbook Remix, but the manual does not recommend any confusion with scores of 115 or 15 GB, because it can cause a key recovery to stop working. So I decided to use part of the partition of 30 GB for installation of Ubuntu. This only seems to work pretty well, because Ubuntu has no problem with easy access to FAT32 partition primary information natively. So you can store all your music, movies, photos and work files on that partition large and to use Windows or Ubuntu. There are a very good framework.
I would certainly recommend this model to anyone in the market for a netbook.

I also bought the Asus 10-inch model with Linux before I had the S10, as was said by another reviewer. I sold my Asus in about 2 months ebcause frankly I do not know how to use Linux. I can surf the Internet, at the end with the installation of software is not so simple, I just give up. Time to load the Asus Linux was not as fast as I thought it would be viewed is Linux and all. With the S10, are pleasantly surprised to see that he was not responsible for shit like Dell, and I uninstall the anti-virus thing because I have another. Other than that, nothing junky and there are many programs at all.
I just bought my (Lenovo sells one with 6 cell battery now) arrived today so it took a long time, about 1 month for their ships. Once the ship has arrived here in 2 days. So far I'm happy with it. The design, environment, quality of the keyboard and screen. Battery Mall are projecting, but it worries me. XP loads up very fast, faster than Linux. All rights PRGRAM quickly and well. The only initial problem I had was wifi set up. He continues to say about soemthing able to authenticate the certificate. Call tech support and got an idiot who knows less than me, on the net, then give up, fixed me. It was only a matter of unchecking a box in the settings. After everything was great. I have no problem with the keyboard, track pad feels good, even if it is small. Clicker has gone well, not too tight or loose. RAM upgrade I have not tried yet, maybe one day. I am happy with the way it is now. Super fast and fun to see! I also bypassed the purchase of Acer (again 10 inches), not for this, because the mouse / tracker Acer is great. I hate the clicker on the left and right of the mousepad. I love and am used to them being on the bottom. Even the mouse pad on the Acer is even lower.
