Great product - great keyboard - big screen - only downside is the lack of production of sound internal speakers, which is a very real problem when on the go with things like Skype, and not connected to a headset or high external speakers.

I purchased this netbook on the advice of a pilot technosavvy friend who had just bought one. Like all Apple computers and the sound through the other, struck me as I need the ability of computers for some applications. When I tried to load different, I found this netbook could not maintain their graphics and so returned within one week of purchase. Amazon was teriffic, as always, the transaction is completed.

I believe that there is no need to translate the Summit that I wrote. This netbook is simply the ultimate in portability. Keyboard LCD wide with a resolution of Nice size, great storage space, nice amount of RAM. I also run a virtual window to test the operating systems. Extreme Wi-Fi Home. Webcam, memory card reader USB port, Ethernet LAN, and a very elegant design. I am always surprised by its price. But thank you! Thank you for this beautiful piece of hardware for the price. I can only say again ... Simplemente la mejor! SIMPLY THE BEST

have used this for about a month traveling in Europe. In general, he did what he had and has an advantage to have. Small and '/ weight and battery life and allow him to travel. while I have listed several disadvantages of professionals, most are minor and do not say any of them, I can not recommend this netbook to someone.

PROS:
-- light and small
-- nice looking case, most of which is matte (top is glossy) so not covered in fingerprints
-- bright and clear screen, even at the lowest brightness
-- 6-7 battery life beneficial when on a plane or not near a power source
-- keyboard has a nice feel and not too small. It's different and better than the keyboard on the silver version.
-- power supply is small

CONS:
-- battery life isn't near the claimed 9 hours when in use. maybe if sitting idle, but through a variety of use found it was closer to 6-7 hours. about 6 hours watching video and 7 hours while web browsing.
-- left/right click buttons are somewhat stiff and make a fairly audible click
-- middle power button a bit too bright (easy fix by covering with black electrical tape)
-- windows XP has its hiccups. sometimes had issues resuming from hibernation/standby.
-- occasionally the wireless had issues connecting, and had to be resolved with reboot.
-- processor too slow to decode .mkv HD files
-- when plugging in headphones the realtek driver pops up it's audio control panel
-- since the 6 cell batter sticks out the back most 10" netbook sleeves won't fit.

I ordered the Toshiba netbook after seeing the last two months for a replacement for my laptop for College Bound Children. I will not go into all the technical details, as most netbooks are very similar, however, the keyboard and battery life were the most important factors in my decision to buy this netbook. This netbook has exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile, feature-rich netbook with a long battery life. I just wish I had that Windows 7 on netbooks, but I'm still happy with Windows XP.
