Fast, lightweight, easy to ... Exactly what I was looking for. I bought my Acer netbook to take with me on a recent trip to France. I need access to e-mail (only my company), so I can stay in touch. The netbook has worked perfectly. I had a big blanket wireless Internet. I was also able to create and modify reservations and map. I am so happy that I bought. Made my journey of fun and less stress for me and my staff, because they were able to communicate with me while I was on vacation. Plus I could put it in the bag and is not heavy. Acer runs just as I expected - fast, easy to use, easy to carry. I now work to integrate into my daily life and taking on consultations. Two thumbs up!

I purchased this netbook this weekend at [...] which comes with a case, a mouse and an external DVD burner. What a very powerful toy! I immediately updated with Windows 7 and I am very impressed with how easy it was to install and how this little thing running. Unfortunately you can not upgrade from Windows XP, you just reinstall the operating system, then all programs, but it was very easy. Windows 7 will find all portable devices, including the webcam, microphone, speakers, card reader and a Bluetooth mouse. Video playback, animated windows, the heavy load of programs - do not feel any pain. Battery life is great - I have not had a chance to compare with XP, but drive in Windows 7 does not advertise, and you are very active, you do not like to idle screen. The only negative thing I can say about this laptop is my fingerprints on the cover to see pretty dirty right now. I hope that was not so obvious. Otherwise, it is an excellent product, highly recommended.

I bought one of these last winter for my wife before going to travel to Europe and we liked it so much I bought another this summer as a backup copy of my (too big) laptop. The battery life is long enough for the whole of the last 10 hours flight from Caracas to Paris. It is not as powerful as the state of the art laptop how to spend my life, but everything is all you need, provided that you add an external optical drive (which we did). And "more than enough to communicate on the road, accounting and the preparation and storage of photos and video card and even the power of the rotation does not allow you to play a flight simulator is the fantasy that travel needs of the case.

I had to use if from time to time for a quick fix in the code and I feared that this would be a drag to change the source file on a screen or samll it would take centuries for the compilation, but no: the screen is really good, too it is not as wide as I need on a daily basis, enough to complete the tasks. The construction of the project was much slower than my horse, but in no way scandalous. When on the road with him, I do not need to unplug all my lab, the main receiver every night, I can Skype my wife at the hotel and read the news at breakfast - very convenient. Ultimately, a backup of the PC on the Gran Via.

I purchased this netbook with a single goal in mind, to have something light, with a long battery life for when I'm on the road. It performs these functions very well. I do not give a fifth star for two reasons. First, it is difficult to load the software, if you have the CD because there is no CD-ROM. Secondly, the keyboard feels a little 'cheap. I hope this does not mean that the problems across the board. So far, so good.

I bought this computer, there are about 6 weeks and I'm excited for all the reasons why the rule - Lightweight, portable, bright screen, etc. The computer starts very early from hibernation. As a bonus, the computer fits easily in my (large) bag. I plan to purchase memory upgrades - when I have multiple windows of Firefox open (6-8 to 3-4 cards in each), the computer slows down. Open Office will run, but slowly. However, I do not understand why the comments of this computer (Aspire One AOD-250-1924) has so little, but a similar model (Aspire One AOD-250-1990) has both. The computer has Bluetooth and a life in 1924, a little 'battery life by OD-250-1990 model. The model 1990 is a 6-cell 4800 mAh (milliampere hour) battery life and this machine (model 1924 ) has a 6-cell 5200 mAh battery ... and a bit 'more. Today (August 18) of 1924 is ~ $ 20 more expensive than in 1990 but when I bought my 1924 and 1990 was ~ $ 35 more in 1990. Weird.

In summary, if the sacrifice 'upgrade' from an older laptop (a Dell 2005 in my case) is not so much to spend on the computer, and you can enjoy the great portability. This netbook is ideal for me, while I wait for Windows 7 or afford to buy a Mac
