I spent much time looking netbook. One possibility was that I wanted to be able to replace the hard drive, which may be the Aspire One, but not many. I pulled the trigger on Black Friday, when Amazon sold in 1955, which has XP, Bluetooth, 5800 mAh, and the processor N280 (good) for $250. The options on this and other netbooks push prices closer to $400.

The unit is good, but others argue Netbook better keyboards. This model is not bad, but the keys could be larger, but still has a good right shift key, which is crucial. Battery life, if suspended, about 9-10 hours for basic Web browsing, and the gray screen with about 60%, which is clearly visible. Have not been able to get Bluetooth working again, but I tried it once. The benefits are the norm for laptops with the Atom processor. For a video heavy user, I suggest you get one with a chip or similar ions.

Highly recommended for web and email use and anyone that needs to access the drive bay. New models coming out at CES, so the AO250 design will probably be phased out. If you're going to get an Aspire One, get this model.

Bought this netbook. The price is very cheap so I jumped on it. First, this unit is beautiful. The blue finish is really great. The facade, with black interior is nice blue.

Pros:
-9-Cell Battery. Measured over 7 hours of use when having constant internet gaming(Runescape), using a bluetooth mouse and brightest brightness on screen.
-Super Bright screen. I was slightly worried about screen being dim, but it is extremely bright, very pleased.
-Windows XP - Proven OS, and no extra money needed to upgrade to 7 Home or whatever.
-Great wireless, better reception that my large laptop.
-Once bloatware removed, very quick. Can do some basic multitasking with ease.

Cons:
-No back up CD's. Must get external drive to burn copy of OS to CD and drivers. Minor annoyance. Most people get external drive anyways.
-Wish it was free?

Great netbook, very happy with it.

My wife bought this netbook too big for me as a gift to 4 am. Black Friday. We received a "sell" e-mail from Amazon in the middle of the night and the price has been reduced in this exact model / color that was well below the current price. This was done with the High Representative 9. battery and I had read that when the computer is first charge should be fully discharged and recharged at least 3 times to get the maximum cooling of the battery in it. The first time I charged this great little computer I got over 10 hours out of the battery before it reached 3% and this was running it mostly on web sites and doing some external DVD burning with it plus removing a lot of bloatware and installing a lot of new software.

The Netbook Acer 1955 is just what I wanted. I just had a problem that was easily solved. The mouse pad has stopped working on the third day of use. I had to reinstall the drivers. Other then that I recommend to everyone. Good product good deal.

I like this case. Looks really nice and kept my red new Asus netbook protected. I get compliments all the time. However, 6 weeks after purchase, it is still an odor nuisance and intimidation in plastic. I'm afraid to wash it, but the smell gets really my stomach. There must be a way of neoprene is not as strong smell of plastic.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago for my snazzy new Dell mini 10. I decided to go with this particular model of a hand, especially with the sleeves, because I need a case to protect my laptop when I throw in my bag. It perfect for this. I wanted to add my 2 cents to those who have the same model, and the sleeve are trying to do.

Pros
- perfect size/fit for the Dell Mini 10. Haven't thrown the charger in yet, but it looks like it will fit, if snugly.
- the laptop slides in and out easily, while still fitting snugly in the sleeve. No cumbersome process to get it in and out.
- it's purple! Someone else's (disappointed) review said this and it actually motivated me to get this design. My mini is purple.
- The Micro Dot design wasn't my favorite on the screen, but there aren't that many designs available in the 10 inch size. But "in person," with the purple background and details, it's fun and vibrant, and has really grown on me.
- good price for a neoprene sleeve of this size -- one of the best prices I found. Also available with Prime shipping, which was a must for me, and (admittedly) limited my choices.

Cons
- the only foreseeable con is the ties on the zipper seem slightly flimsy. I'm worried about them tearing with time, but that's kind of par for the course.
- if you want a lot of extra storage with your sleeve, this doesn't really offer it. I debated between this one and one with a pocket for the adapter, etc. but my mini gets enough battery power that I decided I didn't need it.

The design is very nice and seems to do a good job of protecting my netbook days bouncing in my school bag. However, as soon as you insert the Asus Eee PC 1005HA. This measure is very close and I fear that the zippers scratch the face of the Netbook. Technically, this is a 10.1-inch Netbook, which may explain why it does not fall in this case, designed for 7-10 inch netbooks. If there were an additional 1 / 2 inch of space, I would be happier. So if you have a 10.1-inch netbook, you should look elsewhere for a better fit to handle.

This is a backpack AWESOME. I begin my third year of college this fall, and because I have a break between classes, I needed something that could slow the Netbook (Inspiron Mini 9), continuously as tools from other schools. It's perfect for the job! A couple of weeks, I had a lot of messenger acquired by another company, even if it was good, was really designed to hold a 15 "laptop, so I had to find something else. I was really happy to find this, because it seems difficult to find many bags that protect a netbook, but also take 1-2 textbooks. I am happy to say that it is not, and I left the room to bring my iPod, Mobile Mouse, laptop, etc.

Furthermore, in a note to another, such as black, with all the metal things on it. I am a boy and a man backpack. Not some girly man purse. lol. So yes, if you're a student with a netbook, get this! Totally worth the money.

I bought this bag as it becomes available because I wanted a compact netbook does keep my backpack, daily necessities, and some elements than others. For this, the Mobile Edge has worked well, has lots of pockets (although I would not mind one or two), had a padded compartment for laptop computer that was excellent for carrying my Asus EeePC 701 and its Powercord and have a range of telephone and two mesh pockets for water and / or other objects, and was comfortable in my back. I did all day at a conference and I was very happy.

Only two problems. One is the style, it is only in black, with silver ornaments of heavy metals, which remind me of motorcycle jackets, I would have preferred something a little livelier and lighter (and other colors would be nice).

More seriously, the first day I used one of his pockets ripped the side seams (I just had a portable light - the kind of paper - in him.) I have sewn together again, and it seems fine now, but it tore so easily is not encouraging. I will see how it holds in the coming weeks.

All-in-all, though, it's a nicely designed backpack for netbook owners.

I purchased this netbook for the trip. My husband and I use when traveling abroad and here in the United States. This is a beautiful cherry red case, very elegant and stylish. I am completely satisfied with the performance, too. It works really fast. N-Atom 280 is a fast processor, much better than I expected. I recommend this machine for those looking for an interesting netbook, lightweight and fast.

Gateway LT2044u I bought for my son of 8 years. Since I got bored e. It comes with Windows 7 Starter. The screen is big, fast enough and I highly recommend it. I got it from Amazon for $ 376 with free ship and no tax. A blue tooth so it can Teather phone without recharging the phone (MOTOQ) battery. I connected to the home network via WiFi (easily done) and update the Norton first (51 days of protection), but I want to spend his new, free, and I might add, Microsoft Security Essentials is available for download (Google to find) .
I also had to get all the updates from Microsoft. Since I ordered an external DVD read / write software for backup and load any new software that may come down the pike. I ordered an upgrade to 2 GB of memory on Amazon for $ 40 and is installed after my car up. I also ordered a 1TB drive from Western Digital Mirror from Amazon for $ 129 and plans to use for all the computers in the house. Finally, I linked to YouTube with the car and gave evidence video and audio display routines Boogie Tommy Emmanuel, and was very good. I ordered a set of Sony headphones to go with him I saw the boys and girls like this option. I hope this helps with your decision. Merry Christmas.

I love this netbook with Ruby Red 9 + battery life to boot with Windows 7. I had this computer for almost 2 months and I love him so much. Which is more than I had hoped and has a hard drive 250, and after loading everything under the sun ... including books, music, pictures, etc. I have not touched the 250 bytes.

I recommend this particular computer netbook and the price is unbelievable. Who would have thought you could pay less than $ 400 for a computer that does wheelies on everything I've ever bought and used. If I ever break down ... is not a financial loss, that my laptop last year.

So far, we found this little laptop to be excellent. We bought an external DVD / CD Writer / Reader for use during the loading of music. The only problem we've seen so far is that it is very sensitive to vibration. It seems difficult to say STOP regularly observed vibrations ... not because it is so sensitive, or if it leads nowhere. overall very happy. velocity distribution has been suspended. For me this Saturday, November 28th and it arrived just 3 days later!

I was looking for small computers netbook to travel in and out of office events and most of all life long battery life and offcourse reasonable price compare to the industry. After some research I found the Toshiba NB205 netbook, which fitted my needs. I'm glad I purchased the product. A built in webcam with Skype and collects the use of wireless Internet wherever you are available.
My only problem was with decoder for portable DVD I bought, I finally repaired after the call to service Toshiba dept. Shahrad.

Just Another Guy
This netbook is superb and the finish. I like the keyboard and mouse pad. The 6-cell battery that extends backwards is not a problem either for me, rather than extending downwards, as in some other netbooks. The only drawback of this netbook is the sound quality, I think it could be better, and would have made perfect, it deserves 5 stars. I am not impressed with Windows 7. I think it is worth the additional cost, Windows XP would have been sufficient.

I spent hours looking at different netbooks and decided to go with the Toshiba. Has the speed and power delivered by the battery life excellent. I use MS Office 2007 with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and this netbook does not have problems in their management. I also use ProShow Gold to create videos on it.

Light and elegant. I made a Skype video call and had no problems. Although it is not advisable for the netbook game in high resolution, I recommend this netbook for the web, research and production functions, where a small package is desired. The clarity of the LCD is the best of all others in its class, as I'm concerned.

I have had this for 2 days from now, so far I am very satisfied. E 'lightweight and small enough to bring the whole world that fits my main goal to have this as a backup, and network all the time until the WiFi is available. I chose XP because some applications I normally use Win7 not have to upgrade just yet, plus I was not sure if I had to go through the nightmare of the new Vista... Startup time was much faster, faster, at least my old laptop to other (perhaps because I have many other applications installed on them). I also installed Ubuntu / Linux that works perfectly, after some adjustments WiFi driver. (Psalm previous comment about you, I do not use the Bluetooth hours so I can not say whether he supports)

This Netbook is a winner. Lenovo completely redesigned their previous version (S10) in a small, best product. This little animal is everything. It is compact, thin and lightweight. However, you can do now. I've had mine for two weeks already. Its creation was quick and easy for me.

I chose the Lenovo with Windows XP rather than the GO Samsung with Windows 7 (light), because Windows XP allows users to more specific changes that darn Windows 7 (light). Heck, you can also change the desktop on Windows 7 (light). This small Lenovo S10-2 is lighter, faster, lighter but more powerful than its predecessor.

I took two trips and the lightest laptop bag was only an improvement on my old, but heavier than the ThinkPad or its companion 13 "HP. I purchased an upgrade to 2 GB of RAM and installed in less than five minutes . My Lenovo S10-2 immediately recognized, and has become even faster than it was. I will make only two small changes, if not for me. 2GB of RAM installed directly from the factory. Most people upgrade anyway.

I built with a Wi-Fi which recognized b / g / n, rather than trafficking. Recognizes only the WiFi b / g. But these are minor and do not complain about the preferences. And, as usual, the price of Amazon (not the greedy, the confiscation of tax of the country) is just sweet icing on the cake! In the end, I recommend this machine to anyone looking for portability, utility, reliability and ease of use! This product offers everything it promises Lenovo and more!
